Jennifer Emmel
Jennifer Emmel graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point with a degree in Elementary Education. She taught 5th graders for 4 years, and then Computer Literacy for Kindergarten through 5th grade for the following 3 years. After starting a family with her husband, Brad, Jennifer took on the role of full-time stay-at-home mommy. She jumped back into teaching at ClearView in 2017. The 2019-2020 school year marks her 10th year of teaching!
Jennifer and Brad have three children, Rylee, Briana, and Jacob, who attend Clovercroft Elementary. Both Briana and Jacob are graduates of CCC!

Vickie Mims
Vickie was born and raised in Texas and graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and Nutrition. She was a personal trainer and fitness instructor for a few years in Dallas. She began a new career journey and became a computer software instructor. After marrying her husband Mark, they moved to Austin where she earned her teaching degree at St. Edward’s University. Vickie has taught 3 year olds – 5th grade in both preschool and elementary schools. Vickie and Mark have a daughter, Madison, and a son, Nolan.
Vickie and her family have lived in Texas, Tennessee (twice), and Colorado. She loves the outdoors and cold weather. Vickie enjoys hiking, snow skiing, cycling, weight lifting, and thrifting at local thrift stores. Her passion is helping people to have a healthy lifestyle with exercise and good nutrition. Vickie and her family attend Clearview. She loves working with children and excited to be a part of the CCC family.
