Global Missions

Purpose

Missions is one of the major focal points in the ministry of ClearView Baptist Church. Our goal is to share Jesus Christ and disciple his believers at home (Franklin area), in the USA and around the world. We take our directions from Acts 1:8 and Matthew 28: 19-20. We do this by PRAYING, PARTICIPATING, and PROVIDING.

  • PRAYING for missions and for those who commit to going and servicing

  • PARTICIPATING in missions projects that are sponsored by ClearView

  • PROVIDING funds for individuals to go and serve

GIVING SUPPORT for MISSIONS

ClearView Baptist participates in providing funds for missions around the world by working with churches in the Southern Baptist Convention through a Cooperating Giving method that works by providing support for missionaries, seminaries and international relationships (it is called the COOPERATING PROGRAM), it also supports work through the Tennessee Baptist Convention ministries as well as the Nashville Baptist Association of Churches.

At the present time ClearView Baptist is providing direct church support to new churches in Fargo, SD; New York City; Belize, China and Franklin, TN
