Many individuals want to create a lasting legacy for their church or loved charitable organizations. Crafting a will and estate plan provides you with the means to accomplish this goal. Take a moment for prayer and contemplate the possibility of leaving a legacy that contributes to the advancement of Kingdom work through your will.

Please note: The electronic giving options here are simply for your convenience. ClearView does not encourage debt as a lifestyle.

A reminder from the Finance Committee: According to IRS Publication 526, Charitable Contributions, to qualify as a deductible gift, the gift or contribution must be made “for the use of” a “qualified” organization.

ClearView Baptist Church is recognized as a qualified organization by the IRS and must abide by guidelines in Publication 526. Therefore, in almost all cases, ClearView Baptist Church cannot accept contributions designated to/for an individual.

Example: It is acceptable to write a check made payable to ClearView Baptist Church with the particular ministry (i.e. Benevolence Ministry) written on the check’s memo line. However, ClearView cannot accept benevolent gifts when an individual’s name is included on the check.
