Family Groups 2008/2009 Because We Are Family! Romans 12:10 |

On September 7, 2008 ClearView Student Ministry launched "Family Groups."
You might ask "What is that? and "Where did it come from?"
About a year ago, a group of students were looking for spiritual accountability. They were seeking a deeper walk with God, a stronger value for His Word and a group of people that could pray for them and provide support for one another. In response, two groups were formed - one for guys and one for girls.
As we saw how God was working in these groups, we realized that this was an experience we wanted to provide for all high school students at ClearView.
Family Groups 2008/2009 will continue to be about raising the value of God's Word for students, giving students a place where they can openly support and pray for one another and develop strong relationships with other students. The word AUTHENTICITY comes to mind when we think about and envision these Family Groups.
Our goal is to have 3 girls groups and 3 guys groups this coming year.
These groups will meet in either a student's home or in one of the leader's homes. We are also trying to offer several different meeting times to fit student's schedules. Right now the options are: Sunday's from 6:00 - 7:30 and Sunday's 7:15 - 8:45.
We hope you will prayerfully consider being a part of a Family Group this year!
