Jennifer Emmel graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point with a degree in Elementary Education. She taught 5th graders for 4 years, and then Computer Literacy for Kindergarten through 5th grade for the following 3 years. After starting a family with her husband, Brad, Jennifer took on the role of full-time stay at home mommy. She has a 3rd grade daughter, Rylee, and a kindergartener, Briana, at Clovercroft Elementary. Her son, Jacob, is 3 years old and attends CCC.
The Emmel family has moved around quite a bit over the last twelve years... from Wisconsin to Texas, then on to Arizona, and finally settling here Franklin, Tennessee. During the week, you can find Jennifer at gymnastics, on the soccer field, leading Girl Scouts, or hanging with neighbors in her neighborhood. On Sundays, her family attends Brentwood Baptist Church. Jennifer is happy to have found a home and community she has quickly grown to love!
Both Briana and Jacob attended CCC during the 2016-2017 school year, while Jennifer subbed in various classrooms as a first step back into the role of teaching again. She is very excited to team up with Mrs. Maureen in the Penguins classroom this year! Although staying at home with her kids has been her number one priority over the last four years, she is happy to put her teacher hat back on and officially join the amazing CCC staff family!
