David is an in-depth 11 week Bible study which takes us through virtually every twist and turn of David’s life as a shepherd, a refugee, and a king.  We will quickly discover David’s multifaceted personality - -He will delight us and disappoint us.  Most importantly, we will rely on God himself to reveal to us why He referred to David as “a man after God’s own heart”.  David lived thousands of years ago, yet he dealt with many issues that plague God’s people today.  If you’ve ever had doubts, fought temptations, battled personal inconsistencies, fallen into sin, suffered losses, or anguished over family problems, this Bible study is for you. If you haven’t and just want a sandwich and a cup of coffee, come on over anyway-- watch the DVD, join in the discussions, and make some new friends.  We’ll save room on the couch.
